Reminders

I finally have found an inspired moment in my somehow-busy life to post on this thing. This post comes as I sit at work, looking at some of the 1,960 photos on my flickr.com site, and listening to Bon Iver(check them out). It hurts to look at these pictures. They are from a place that is so unique, so alive, so completely beautiful, that my heart aches to be apart from it. They are the pictures of Monterey, California; and they are beautiful. I've tried to find Augusta's equivalent, but it remains hidden from me. Though I am still searching. Its hard to be passionate about photography when I can't take pictures of places like these anymore. I miss it:
